Bachelor degree in metallurgical engineering, materials science or engineering related discipline; at least 5 yrs exp in heat treatment like annealing, normalizing, direct hardeing, carburizing and nitriding; able to interpret microstructure and conduct metallographic exam; knowledgeable on mechanical properties and test; technically adept on the interplay of metal composition, microstructure, heat treat processes adn properties of materials; experience on gas/vacuum carburizing, plug quenching, examination of carburized microstructure is an advantage.
