Job Summary:
The Research Assistant/Specialist will lead the conduct of wildlife research and provide technical assistance to Haribon’s multidisciplinary team of educators, community organizers, advocacy specialists and fund raisers.
Qualifications:
1) Must have completed at least a Bachelors degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or other related fields. A graduate degree or units earned will be an advantage;
2) Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in doing wildlife research;
3) Excellent skills in writing technical reports and proposals;
4) Familiarity with statistical analysis software
5) Independent, able to work well with minimum supervision;
6) Willing to be assigned on field specifically in Panay area.
