Male or Female with Bachelor’s degree, preferably HRM or Management course; m with three-year guest service/hotel experience with at least two (2) years as Manager, preferably in front office; with front office management experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical ability with high degree of creativity; team player and team builder with good people skills; ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines; basic knowledge on computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet software; willing to work on weekends and/or holidays
JOB SUMMARY
Operations Manager is responsible in managing hotel operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement in guest service, employee’s performance and hotel operations; coordinate, direct and manage the staff and hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining the standards set by the hotel.
