Qualifications:
• Male, 30 or above years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , preferably Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have working and proven knowledge with PHP, XML, SOAP, AJAX, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Dreamweaver and MySQL/ Postgres
• With 2 years or more Managerial/ Team Leader experience
• Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal communication which is essential for this job.
• Must be emotionally mature, proactive and team oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Involved in building our client’s IT infrastructure.
• Liaise with our overseas client on a daily basis.
• Manage the web maintenance work of our current Virtual assistants that are working for our client.
• Make and submit detailed reports, training programs, procedures, protocols, and QA steps.
• Develop and design training programs for new Virtual assistants to learn new skills.
• Create workflow planning and development using process charts to assist in the development of our workflows.
