RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position holder is primarily responsible for performing a full-range of accounting work with specialization on Payroll and Compensation benefits, likewise, prepares, records and summarizes reports of accounting and financial transactions of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy from any reputable schools or universities
At least 1 year to 2 years of related work experiences in private or public Requirements organizations.
Alertness, focus and detailed-oriented
Organized, trustworthy and with sense of urgency
Can work all facets of Accounting and finance functions
High Analytical and numerical skills
High knowledge in computer application
With sense of creativity & innovation
Initiative, flexible and resourcefulness
Industry and Perseverance
High level of professionalism, responsible and integrity
