Responsibilities:
-Acknowledge and manage all new hotel endorsement assigned by lead for Channel Management System activation
-Perform hotel pre-activation process: gather info on Hotel Interface and Online Travel Agent extranets, verify all information on Channel Management System registration form
-Work hand-in-hand with product development team and market managers duing activation period of the Channel Management System for the hotel
-Perform hotel post-activation process: proper endorsement to Market Managers; email notification to clients, conduct Channel Management System training to hotel partners
-Address concerns from Hotel Partners as defined in the Service Subscription Agreement and DirectWithHotels brand promise.
-Reduce controllable issues by proactively identifying and reporting issues, and coordinating and working with other units for resolution.
-Effectively communicate the importance of the property's implementation of campaigns/performance interventions with key person within the hotel partner organization (Owner, General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Reservations Manager, Decision Maker). Ensure its timely implementation and hotel's consistent commitment to selling online.
-Provide valuable inputs for continuous improvement of the hotel interface, based on innovations in Online Travel Agent extranets
-Provide feedback to Market Management team on performance of hotels enrolled in Channel Management, including rate parity / value parity trends between the direct channel and Online Travel Agents.
-Pass all required certifications and tests defined by DirectWithHotels to perform the job function.
-Comply and adhere to the Code of Conduct, to the Employee Handbook, and to the DirectWithHotels brand attributes and values, policies, procedures in all aspects of work.

-Perform other related tasks identified by the Immediate Supervisor for improved employee performance and/or identified by the company as per business direction.
Required Qualifications:
-College graduate with a degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management, Business Administration, or any related course
-Excellent working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office applications such as: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-Sharp Communicator, has great attention to details, highly trainable, analytical and able to manage work flow
